© Christian Krinninger	Before Sigrid Narjes became managing director of ABOVE THE LINE, she worked in several positions for various companies in the motion picture and television industry. She built up and supervised the Munich Film Festival "Exchange" program prior to founding INTERNATIONAL MEDIA CONSULTING. Apart from her management duties, Sigrid Narjes represents directors and writers.
© Maren Böttcher	Uschi Keil had been active in various branches of the motion picture industry for twenty years before becoming director of the Script Department of the "German Film and Television Academy" in Berlin. Since then, she has become Managing Director and Partner of ABOVE THE LINE, Berlin GmbH. In addition, Uschi Keil represents directors, directors of photography and writers.
© Andrea Seifert	Ulrike Weis has joined Above The Line in 1994 and represents writers and directors. Before, she worked as editor for Bauer Publishing House and as a free lance journalist a.o. for COSMOPOLITAN, VOGUE, ELLE, PENTHOUSE.
© Andrea Seifert	Sascha Beck has a degree in Entertainment Law, with a specialty in copyright and media law. Before joining ABOVE THE LINE, he worked in the legal department of Constantin Film AG. He represents directors and writers. In 2008 he passed a training as a mediator.
© Andrea Seifert	Noni Lickleder graduated with a master's degree in German as a Foreign Language, Romance Languages and Literature and Sociology before she became research assistant at the Institute for German as a Foreign Language at the University of Munich. After that she worked for the organisational team of Carl-Duisberg-Centren. In 2000 she joined ABOVE THE LINE as an agent representing directors and writers.
© Robert Thomann	Katrin Näher worked for a literary agency in Munich from 1998 - 2001. In 2002 she starteted working as an agent for scriptwriters and directors in Berlin. In June 2009 she joined Above the Line representing scriptwriters, directors and the film rights of the literary agency Petra Eggers.
© Nadja Klier	Katrin Wans has been an agent since 2001. She had previously worked as an Arts and Science assistant for the production department of the Baden-Württemberg Film Academy where she made a considerable contribution by participating in the establishment of the Motion Picture Acting Department. She represents actors from the Berlin office for ABOVE THE LINE.
© Andrea Seifert	Lutz Schmökel obtained his Master's Degree in Communication Science and has since worked for several motion picture companies as production manager, line producer and producer. He has worked as an independent public relations agent for actors as well as for public affairs agencies. For ABOVE THE LINE he first set up the inhouse-department for public relations before he started working as an agent for actors and actresses. Lutz Schmökel is also contact person for advertising inquiries.
© Andrea Seifert	Anieke Scheppeit joined Above the Line in 2003. After three years in the Munich actors department, she became an agent herself in 2007 and represents now actors and actresses.
	Helga Meisenzahl worked in the banking and assurance business. Later she became sales manager for advertising space in a specialized publishing house. In 1991 she cofounded CompSys GmbH, which produces Cds and DVDs for Above the Line and others, and became its managing director. Helga Meisenzahl and Uschi Grimm are both responsible for Above the Line's administration.
© Andrea Seifert	Uschi Grimm was working as an industrial manager in the financial and staff department of a major industrial company for 14 years, before she set up her own business for office management and accounting.

	Kristina Schmidt studied Media Consulting and German Language at the Technical University Berlin. Afterwards she worked as an assistant producer for a film production company. At Above the Line Berlin she works as the assistant of Katrin Wans.
	Inga Schenck studied „Arts, Music & Entertainment Management“at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. Afterwards she worked as product manager for a record label. At Above The Line Berlin she works as the assistant of Katrin Wans.
	Gisela Kolodziej is a trained paralegal and supports the Munich office of Above the Line since 2008.
